GoldStar Command TCG, operated by Inverso Outlets LLC, takes payment disputes and chargebacks very seriously. This policy outlines our position and procedures regarding disputes.

Our Commitment

We are committed to providing authentic, factory-sealed PokΓ©mon TCG products with accurate descriptions and fair pricing. Every order is carefully packaged, tracked, and documented from our facility to your door.

Before Filing a Dispute

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. In most cases, we can resolve issues faster and more favorably than the chargeback process.

Our Dispute Defense Process

When a chargeback or payment dispute is filed against an order, we will:

  1. Review all order documentation β€” including order confirmation, payment verification, shipping records, tracking data, and delivery confirmation
  2. Submit comprehensive evidence β€” to the payment processor and/or issuing bank, including:
    • Proof of delivery (tracking number and carrier confirmation)
    • Signature confirmation (for orders over $200)
    • Photos of the packaged order
    • Communication records with the customer
    • IP address and device information from the transaction
    • Product descriptions and order details
  3. Contest all illegitimate disputes β€” We vigorously defend against fraudulent chargebacks and false claims

Consequences of Fraudulent Disputes

Filing a fraudulent chargeback (e.g., claiming non-delivery when tracking shows delivery, or claiming unauthorized use when you placed the order) is a form of fraud. If a dispute is determined to be fraudulent or illegitimate:

  • Your account will be permanently banned from future purchases
  • Your information may be reported to fraud prevention databases
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover losses, including the disputed amount, chargeback fees, and legal costs
  • We may report the incident to relevant law enforcement authorities

Legitimate Issues

If you have a legitimate concern with your order, please use our Review Request Process outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy. We are committed to fair resolution of genuine issues through direct communication.

Documentation & Record Keeping

We maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, including:

  • Order details and payment records
  • Shipping labels and tracking information
  • Delivery confirmation and signature records
  • Photographic documentation of packaged orders
  • All customer communications

These records are retained for a minimum of 24 months and are used to support dispute responses.
