Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $50

All domestic shipments include tracking. Orders over $200 are shipped with signature confirmation and insurance at no additional cost.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Shipping Protection

All sealed Pokémon TCG products are carefully packaged using protective materials to prevent damage during transit. High-value orders ($200+) are automatically insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time through the carrier's website or by contacting us at support@goldstarcommand.com.


Return & Refund Policy

⚠ All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any products once they have been successfully shipped and delivered.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of sealed Pokémon TCG products. Once a sealed product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it has not been opened, tampered with, or substituted. This strict policy protects both our business and our customers from fraud.

Why No Returns?

  • Product Integrity: Sealed TCG products cannot be verified as authentic and untampered after leaving our possession
  • Fraud Prevention: The collectibles market is susceptible to return fraud including product substitution, resealing, and false damage claims
  • Market Value Protection: Returns of opened or damaged sealed product devalue inventory for all customers

Customer Review Request Process

While all sales are final, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, you may submit a Review Request for the Chairman's consideration:

  1. Email support@goldstarcommand.com with subject line: "Review Request – Order #[your order number]"
  2. Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue
  3. Review Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of GoldStar Command management
  4. Submission of a Review Request does not guarantee any action will be taken

Please allow 3–5 business days for Review Requests to be evaluated.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, you must:

  1. Document the damage immediately with photos of the outer packaging and product
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@goldstarcommand.com
  3. Do not discard any packaging materials

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photographic evidence will not be considered. Approved damage claims are handled through the shipping carrier's insurance process.

Wrong Item Received

In the rare event you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item received and your order confirmation. We will arrange a resolution at our discretion.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not yet entered our fulfillment process. To request a cancellation, email support@goldstarcommand.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
