Welcome to GoldStar Command TCG ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Inverso Outlets LLC. By accessing or using our website at tcg.goldstarcommand.com (the "Site") and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases on this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products

We sell authentic, factory-sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products. All products are sourced from authorized distributors. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product received. We make no guarantees regarding the contents of sealed products (e.g., specific cards or pull rates), as these are randomized by the manufacturer.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other methods available at checkout through Shopify Payments
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud

5. All Sales Are Final

7. Dispute Resolution

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldStar Command TCG and Inverso Outlets LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inverso Outlets LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
